Robertson Central uses an electronic data management system to control all information relative to any specific project. The system holds all associated documents for the complete project and is used as the primary communication tool for all project partners as well as providing a full audit trail of information from project inception to completion.

On site statistics are logged electronically on a weekly basis and reports are produced on a monthly basis for the management board which enables effective action to address any project issues.

Robertson Central also operates a Safety, Health and Environment Management System which provides the business with standard documentation and procedures, forming the basis of all its statistical analysis.

By considering all aspects of the project and having an active and vigilant monitoring system, Robertson Central can ensure that all elements of risk are noted and the necessary actions or procedures are in place to control the situation and manage out the risk.
