Construction Executive

Robertson employs a standard business model across all its construction businesses throughout the UK which facilitates growth by creating regional construction companies. Each regionalised business works to the strategy of carefully selecting its workload with a strong focus on growing net margins per business.

To aid these regionalised construction businesses and to help facilitate the creation of additional regional businesses Robertson employs a unique group of individuals who are collectively know as the Robertson construction executive.

The executive is made up of construction industry professionals each with an appropriate skill set. Their knowledge and experience is used to develop, mentor and bring consistencies in safety, delivery and processes to the existing regional construction businesses and to create new construction businesses where geographically appropriate.
